Vincent Rossillo is a Managing Partner at Fine, Olin & Anderman, where he specializes in Workers’ Compensation & Social Security Disability Law. Since joining Fine, Olin & Anderman, LLP in 1985, Vincent has spent his career assisting and educating injured and disabled workers throughout New York State. Throughout the course of his career, he has represented people in Social Security Disability, New York State Workers’ Compensation, New York State Disability, New York State Disability Retirement, New York State Workers’ Compensation Discrimination and Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation matters.

Mr. Rossillo’s focus is on educating workers as to their rights if they should become injured or disabled. He continually conducts workshops and seminars on such topics as OSHA Whistleblower Protections for injured workers, the basics of the New York State Workers’ Compensation Law and the federal Social Security Disability law. He regularly lectures on behalf of many labor unions and labor advocate groups throughout the state. Mr. Rossillo has also conducted CLE classes for other attorneys on behalf of the New York State Bar Association. He has lectured extensively on behalf of the New York State Bar Association and NYCOSH.

Mr. Rossillo has been elected President of the Society of New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association. He is an esteemed member of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association, the Hudson Valley Advisory Board for the Mt. Sinai Center for Occupational & Environmental Medicine, the New York Committee for Occupational Safety & Health (NYCOSH), the Workers’ Compensation Committee, and the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Rossillo received his Bachelor’s Degree from Fordham University and his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1985.

Mr. Rossillo currently serves as the Mayor of the Village of Dobbs Ferry.
