As I was driving in Clay, NY, I saw someone tailgating me. As I tried to pull to the side of the road to let the car go by it hit me in the rear. At first I didn’t think I was hurt too badly, but the aches and pains never went away. I knew I had to call a lawyer. Fine, Olin & Anderman handled a prior work related injury where I got Workers’ Compensation so I called them again. They always kept me informed and I was happy they were able to settle my case without having to go to court.
