Privacy Policy

The law firm of Fine, Olin & Anderman, LLP is committed to protecting your privacy. The policies below explain how we maintain the level of security for our viewers.

What information do we collect?

When you are browsing our site you do so anonymously. The only personal information we collect is that which is provided to us by you. We do collect information about the computer and browser you are using to view our site, but this information is limited to which pages you access and your IP address (a number automatically assigned to your computer). This information is used by our firm to learn more about the traffic patterns of our viewers. Fine, Olin and Anderman, LLP does not sell, trade, or rent any personal information to outside parties.

Client Access of Files

All information communicated between our clients and our firm on the Internet is encrypted for your security. We use strong 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption with domestic-version Microsoft and Netscape browsers and industry standard 40-bit SSL encryption with export-version browsers. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. However, the law firm of Fine, Olin & Anderman, LLP has made great efforts to secure our clients’ access to their files.

E-mail

We offer our clients the ability to e-mail their attorneys to inquire about their case and to offer additional information regarding their case. This form of communication has been judged to be no different than traditional mail. Therefore, the same attorney/client privileges that are provided for traditional mail, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings apply to e-mail communications as well. However, because e-mail communications are not 100% secure, our clients should know that when they provide information in an e-mail, they do so at their own risk.
