Stephen Heath joined Fine, Olin, and Anderman in September of 2018.  Prior to joining the firm he worked for a workers’ compensation insurance carrier.  However, Stephen hated depriving injured workers of the benefits they deserve.  Mr. Heath is excited to start fighting to obtain workers the maximum benefits they’re entitled to receive.   Additionally, Mr. Heath has been a litigation attorney since 2010.  While Mr. Heath now specializes in Workers’ Compensation Law, he previously specialized in Landlord-Tenant Litigation, which has provided him with extensive experience in client relations, courtroom litigation, procedural arguments, and examination of witnesses.

Mr. Heath was born and raised in upstate New York and has strong ties to the communities of Central New York.  His father was a volunteer firefighter and certified OSHA Safety Inspector; so Stephen has been aware of the dangers facing workers his entire life.  Mr. Heath has an extensive knowledge of human anatomy, the human nervous system, and degenerative bone conditions.  Mr. Heath attended the University at Albany and Syracuse University College of Law where he graduate with honors.

When not fighting for workers’ rights, Mr. Heath likes to spend time with his two children.  His hobbies include painting, weight-lifting, playing video games, and listening to music.  He is a member of the Sons of the American Revolution with multiple ancestors having fought in the American Revolutionary War.
