Both FOA Attorney Kevin Burgess, Esq. and FOA Legal Assistant Mia McCarthy have been great. Mia is patient and helpful. She is always working on my behalf. Sometimes I do not understand things and Mia is always kind to reiterate and make sure I do understand . I feel she goes the extra mile.
