Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate!  Water is a daily essential.  Did you know - Water makes up about two thirds of who we are and influences 100% of all the processes in our body.  Water also aids in weight loss, digestion, and fights cancer.  It is recommended to drink eight, 8 ounce glasses of water per day.
