Shattered Glass Rains Down From Midtown High Rise, Injuring Pedestrians

Last week, three pedestrians were injured following a reported burst out the 18th floor of a Midtown Manhattan high rise. Someone working inside the building fell into the window and the window popped out and fell to the street, according to a 1010WINS.
The stretch of 57th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenue was temporarily closed to pedestrians and motorists, but the south side was opened for workers to sweep up the glass.
