While heading back to the Verizon garage, our client was waiting at a red light when she was hit in the rear by a truck. In addition to securing all of her Workers’ Compensation benefits, we also sued the owner of the truck and the driver for all injuries from the crash. The crash caused an aggravation to our 47-year-old client’s shoulder and wrist. Eventually she needed surgery to her wrist. The case was settled before trial for $500,000.
